At AEP, “design” used to mean engineering schematics. Our mission? To prove that UX could fuel innovation in a 100-year-old utility. Through workshops, our team showed engineers how journey mapping could prevent safety oversights. Through design we carried forward the momentum of the enterprise’s UX maturity as a whole.
